Measure the grass you want mowed. L1500 suits lawns up to 1,500 m²; TRON is our guide for up to 2,500 m². Check slopes and separate areas too.

Which mower is right for my lawn?

Start with the mowing area: LOPKIN L1500 is our choice for lawns up to 1,500 m²; TRON is our bigger-lawn choice for up to 2,500 m². Slopes, trees and separate areas also matter.

Do I need to bury a boundary wire?

No. Both models use wire-free navigation. Their setup and positioning systems differ, and each product page will explain what its installation needs.

Can I use an app?

Yes. Both mowers have app-based controls for planning and managing mowing. Connectivity requirements depend on the exact model and setup.

What if my lawn is steep or complex?

Check the operating slope rating, not just the maximum climbing rating. Tell us about your lawn's steepest section and any trees or narrow passages if you would like guidance.

What arrives in the box?

The package contents depend on the mower and supplier batch. We will list the confirmed contents on each product page before checkout.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery within New Zealand is free. We expect delivery approximately 7–15 business days after purchase. We’ll let you know if an order is delayed.

Who helps with warranty issues?

Contact Robo Ready first at info@roboready.co.nz. We’ll help coordinate an eligible manufacturer warranty claim. Your rights under New Zealand consumer law also apply.

Can I return an unused mower?

For a change of mind, contact us within 14 days of delivery. The mower must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories. This condition does not affect your rights if the product is faulty.
