Contact us within 14 days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return, the mower must be unused, unactivated and in its original packaging with all accessories. We’ll confirm the return instructions and any return-shipping costs before you send it.
Contact us with your order number and details of the issue. An unused condition does not apply to faulty-product claims. Your rights under New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act still apply.
L1500: 3 years for the mower and 2 years for the battery. TRON: 3 years for the mower, charging station and RTK base station, and 2 years for the battery. Contact Robo Ready for warranty help. Your New Zealand consumer rights also apply.
